Before scheduling your appointment please read the following statement.
COVID-19 SALON POLICIES
No Walk-ins. By appointment only. Curbside pickup available for retail orders.
Clients will not be permitted if you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms such as cough, fever, body aches, loss of taste or smell and/or shortness of breath in the last 14 days or have been exposed. If you have allergies and cannot control sneezing or coughing during your appointment, stay home. In any of these cases, reschedule your appointment to a later date.
Clients are required to wear a mask (preferable the type to loop behind the ears and are required to sanitize hands upon arrival (hand sanitizer will be provided).
Please note we will not have any waiting area in our salon.
All clients must wait outside in their vehicle, I will contact you by phone or text when it is your turn to come in. If you do not have a cellphone, I will wave you in from the outside door.
Physical contact will be limited to only when necessary to perform service(s).
I am required to wear PPE including mask, face shield (if necessary), gloves, & apron. Hand washing and new gloves will be required at the start of every appointment.
No outside food or drinks permitted. No friends, family, or pets. Please arrive alone to your appointment.
No Blow-drying with ANY appointment, to prevent harmful bacteria from spreading.
Clients must arrive with clean, pre washed hair. Shampooing will ONLY be done with chemical services and deep conditioning treatments.
Additional set up and disinfecting times will be blocked out to ensure my station and tools are properly sanitized prior to the start of every appointment.
There will be a $5.00 sanitation fee added to every appointment to help us accommodate these safety measures.
These guidelines are subject change as instructed by CDC and Government officials and are non-negotiable.
