Our Policies

Scheduling Appointments

At Reflections Salon we highly recommend booking your appointment at least one week in advance to ensure your desired appointment time. Wedding parties need a minimum of eight weeks in advance to guarantee servicing everyone in the wedding party.

We do welcome call-ins the day of desired appointment and stop by appointments; however, we cannot guarantee that a time slot will be available.


Cancellations

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

We ask that in the event that you need to cancel your appointment, you give us a 24 hour notice.  Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.  No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

We now require credit card information on file for any appointments that total $200 or more to reserve the requested appointment time.  Once scheduled, 50% of the amount will be due as a non-refundable deposit.  Thank you for understanding.


Returns & Exchanges

If you decide a product is not right for you, and if half the original amount of the product is unused, you may exchange it for another product or combination of products of equal value.

No refunds will be given on services.

A processing fee of $30.00 for all returned checks on any services or products.
